Lovely double room in Wimbledon,
Living with 4 other flatmates- everyone is easy going and it's quite a quiet residence, perfect after a long day at work.
Transport links wise- 5 mins walk to South Wimbledon on the northern line and about 10 minutes to Wimbledon Station and the shopping centre with various supermarkets, Restaurants, bars and cinema (which is great on Mondays!)
Looking for someone to replace me as I was using the room to live in the week for my job but moving back to original flat.
Looking for someone to replace me ASAP so flexible with the moving dates.
There is some basic referencing with the estate agent to complete and the deposit isn't actually a deposit, it's your final month rent so on the 12th month it's technically free.
