We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our respectful, clean and chilled 4-bed all-female house share. We also all work 9-5 and would like someone who works the same pattern.

We are three friendly young professionals in our late 20s/ early 30s. We enjoy a peaceful, respectful home, and we're looking for someone like-minded – ideally someone the same age who values cleanliness and a chilled vibe at home.

Bright double room, part furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, chair - desk, chest of drawers and additional wardrobe available to purchase for cheap from current housemate.
Shared bathroom with one other person
Rent + bills: £763.08 + £150/month (soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid etc included)
Deposit: £853.85 plus £50 admin fee for change of contract (happy to split it)
