I am the first and only tenant for this beautiful 340sq ft studio apartment. There are 3 sets of 3 windows that give you the most amazing view and sunset every day. 1 panel of each window can open slightly (hinging from the bottom) or completely (hinging from the right).

Included furnishing: double bed, mattress (new when I moved in, and still essentially new as I got my personal mattress topper immediately), beige rug, wardrobe, gorgeous cream couch, black marble coffee table, pink/beige rug, dinning table, golden chair

Washroom: shower, toilet, sink.

Kitchen: full sink, two stove tops/hobs, under-counter fridge (no freezer), new washing machine (wifi enabled if you’d like).

Buzzer to your flat is available as well. The main door uses a fob access. There is also a private gate for extra security.

The flat is on the first floor, stairs are available. There are no neighbours/walls being shared with any neighbours as it’s the corner unit. There are 3 other flats in that area before a fire door to the rest of the flats, so minimal neighbours noise.

The area is an industrial area, however it’s 5 minutes to walk to the Tram (which connects you to East Croydon for Gatwick airport, Wimbledon Station for trains or the District line), 5 minutes from busses, and a 10-15 minute walk to South Wimbledon Station for the Northern line.

I am relocating to a place with air conditioning as I am from Canada and don’t think I can survive the British summer without it.
