Currently 2 girls and 2 guys and looking for a young professional guy to keep the balance in the house as one guy is leaving. Between ages 26 and 33 years (sorry no couples).

- Large bedroom in well lit room with Super King bed, bedside table, mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers. Space for a desk for working from home if needed.
- You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person (Ellie). 🛁
- It is a large cosy house with a big kitchen (dishwasher), lounge, utility area (dryer and washing machine) and garden which we use in the summer.
- Parking permit available for street parking from local council. 🚗
- 5 minutes walk from South Wimbledon Station (northern line, 24hrs) and 15 minutes from Wimbledon Station (district line, trams and trains).
- The area is safe and green with many restaurants, shop, cafes and bars.
- £800 pcm with bills included (water, heating, internet, council tax etc). It is possible the bills may increase during the year based on usage etc.
- The deposit is £892 (£652 plus a one off fee of £240 to change the name on the contact for £240).
- Looking for someone for a minimum of a year.

The housemates:

Ellie - 28, content creator by day and TikTok chef by night. Likes tennis, live music and fashion.

Becca - 30, Yorkshire lass working in aviation industry during the day and salsa-ing at night. Likes being active by playing tennis, going to the gym and travelling.

Dave - 28, works in finance, enjoys running, watching sport and travelling.

We are looking for someone who’s respectful, friendly and tidy who is sociable and wants to be part of the fun, not just housemates. We love pub quizzes, going out for drinks/dinner, board game nights and playing tennis.

The room is available to move in from 1st June with possibility to move in earlier if required.
