This flat is not really suitable for cyclists as there's nowhere to store a bike and you'd have to carry it up the stairs.
Merton Abbey Mills is 20 minutes walk away through a conservation wildlife area. It's very near the vibrant, popular high street with masses of shops and the old village. Near loads of stations & bus stop for easy travel.
Parking is easy and a permit is available at a reasonable price if you have a car .
The other tenant is Sharn. She has a great sense of humour and is pretty laid back.
