We have 1 double room to rent in our home in South Woodford. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby (M&S, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco) and public transportation as well (5 min walk) to South Woodford station which is Central Line. Also, within reach plenty of buses such as 179, W12, N55. The room is very clean and modern, furnished with bed and dresser. Cable tv and wifi included in rent as well as all the bills. Your cut will be £575 per month. In this bright and clean 3 bed 2 bathroom flat our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom, bathroom shared with one other person. We are looking for someone to stay at least 12 months, a non-smoker, very tidy professional, females only please.
