We have a huge house in South Woodford and we are re-configuring the space so that everyone has their own bathroom and extra space to work from home.

This advert is for 2 large rooms, the bathroom and a small double room that can be used as living space. We are looking for two friends or a couple to rent the whole space.

The house is on a lovely quiet road with free on street parking.

This huge house also has lots of shared space;

Kitchen: The kitchen has modern shaker style cupboards and is well equipped; dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space.

Communal lounge: Through from kitchen/diner with French doors leading out to the garden. Plenty of sofa seating and storage space.

Housemates: There are no other housemates

South Woodford: A delightful family and professional oriented area. It offers a range of boutique shops, quality restaurants, and buzzing bars/pubs as well as its very own cinema. You can do your weekly shop at M&S foods, Sainsbury's or Tescos - all within 10 minutes walk.
You'll feel at home if you want to live within 30 minutes of Oxford Street on the tube but you appreciate tree lined streets and green spaces. The house backs onto Elmhurst Gardens is a wonderful little park which boasts 2 tennis courts, mature gardens and outstanding views.

Local Transport: South Woodford is on the Central Line zone 4. The house is a 10 minute walk from the Central Line which runs all night on Fridays and Saturdays. The house is less than a minute from bus routes connecting you to Stratford, London City airport, Highbury, Wood Green Ilford and Gants Hill. Situated close to the A406, M11 and A12.
