Our lovely flatmate has got a new job the other side of London and unfortunately has to move nearer. We very much do our own thing here but it's important to live in a friendly, peaceful home where we can have a laugh over making dinner and watching TV. Everyone should feel comfortable and "at home".
South Woodford is a lovely area. The flat is about 7 minutes from the tube where it's 10 minutes to Stratford and 20 to Liverpool st.
Our flat has a large balcony and a huge roof terrace which is perfect for working out on and having friends round.
The room is a large double ("Bed 2" for reference). You'd share the bathroom with Charlie who leaves the house at 5am so you never need to wait to get in! You can decorate the room how you like (my painting skills aren't quite up there I'm afraid).
