Double room in a 3 beds 1 bathroom – Flat
I am looking for someone to take over my tennancy in my flat anyntime from June 22nd. Ideally someone in their 20's to match the age of the current tennants. My room is a double room with a large open plan Livingroom/Kitchen and a bathroom with bath/shower. The rent is £550 per month plus bills (around £60/month including Wifi).
The flat is in South Woodford. South Woodford is a lovely area with everything you could need down the High Street (Sainsburys, M&S, Boots, Drs Surgery, Pharmacy, banks, shops plus many restaurants, cafe's and fast food chains.) There are plenty of parks and the area is very safe. I very often go on late night The flat is opposite South Woodford tube station on the cantral and there is a car park next to the station. There are also night buses that stop just near the flat.
You would be living with Eva, an Actor/ Music and Drama Teacher and Chris, who currently works at Shrek Adventures but will be starting an exciting new job soon. They are really friendly and love the odd poker/monopoly/movie night.
