I have a lovely, cosy room available in South Woodford, just 1 minute from the tube. The room gets lots of natural light and is quiet. It is facing the garden and comes furnished. I am yet to take photos of the room but have added pictures of the before (cot etc has been removed).
The flat itself is on the ground floor of a Victorian house. It has high ceilings and wooden floors throughout.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and coffee machine ☕️
There is a large living room with a big TV (Netflix included).
The price is inclusive of bills, and I have a cleaner who comes twice a month.
A little about me: I'm a primary school teacher from London. When I'm not shaping the minds of today’s youth, you'll find me cycling, reading, enjoying good food, and embarking on adventures, exploring different cultures around the world. I also have two cats called Noodle and Rosie - Noodle is very independent, opting to spend most of his time exploring the outdoors, while Rosie is a tad more needy, and prefers the indoors 🐈🐈⬛
