Hi all,
I am the current tenant of a 3 bedroom flat in South Woodford and I am looking for 2 flatmates (male or female) to live in the available rooms, one of which is a single and the other is a double.
I work in law and am looking for 2 other friendly people to live with. I enjoy cooking, music, climbing, reading, and watching films.
The flat is ideally located very close to South Woodford station and is a short walk to various supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
The flat has a very spacious and modern kitchen/diner area and the bedrooms are furnished with built in wardrobes.
The bathroom is modern and has a good power shower.
A deposit of £628 will be required by the landlord.
The rent of the double room is £588 and the single is £535, bills are not included but is roughly £92 a month.
