Hey we are a family of three and managing this property equally. We are looking for an individual or a couple but rent will be £900 per month for a couple. This room is on the ground floor which shares 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom as well.
We are located in east London South Woodford, 10 mins walk from the station and 20 mins to central london. We love to keep this place clean and tidy and we feel same from you. Also, we would not be preferring tenants to cook meat in kitchen.
