We have a fully furnished, spacious single room for rent.
It has a new, spacious wardrobe from IKEA with plenty of storage space, and a single bed with a firm mattress for good back support.
The flat has a separate toilet and bathroom, as well as a large kitchen.
At the moment, there is one student living here who works part-time, and myself, working full-time. The flat is quiet and tidy, so we are looking for a tidy and respectful person (preferably a woman).
No parties or heavy alcohol consumption, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony if you wish.
We will need references from your employer (to confirm that you are working) and from your previous landlord to confirm that you do not have any rent arrears.
