The flat has a separate toilet and bathroom, as well as a large kitchen.
At the moment, there are two women living here, one works part-time, and myself, working full-time. The flat is quiet and tidy, so we are looking for a tidy and respectful person (preferably a woman).
No parties or heavy alcohol consumption, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony if you wish.
We will need references from your employer (to confirm that you are working) and from your previous landlord to confirm that you do not have any rent arrears.
