Bright double in friendly flat

I have decided to leave my lovely flat share so I am looking for a friendly, professional person to come and live with my flat mate in a modern and clean 2 bed flat perfectly situated 10 minutes walk from Southfields station.

The room is a good sized double that comes fully furnished. There is access to a communal garden and King George's park is just around the corner. Southside shopping center is also just down the road.

Jenny is a considerate and friendly housemate working in the civil service, we have enjoyed the odd random night at the pub as well as a glass (or two) of wine at home with a good Netflix series or film, she would be looking for someone who would also enjoy nights like this :) While we do socialise together we also have our own circle of friends.

We are looking for a relaxed, tidy professional who wants to live in a well-maintained flat ideal for commuting into central London (its a 10 min bus to Clapham Junction), to take my place.

The room is available from 1 September. Bills aren't included and are about £80 -£100 extra.
