Fantastic flat 2 mins from Tube

Hey everyone,

We have a room becoming available in Southfields l, really close to the station and high street.
The location of the flat is amazing, we are literally less than a 2-3 minute walk from everything you could need. Supermarkets, gym, Awesome parks, cafes, butcher restaurants etc! Its an extremely safe area with lots of families around and has a really lovely feel to it..

The flat is a very good size with loads of windows so it always feels bright and fresh- We have a big kitchen with seperate large living room.. It really is a nice place for dinner parties.. The flat also has a really nice Balcony overlooking communal gardens. The whole flat has been recently decorated throughout and is in really good condition and is well looked after. We are looking for someone who wants to make this home and not just a place to crash for the night.

The room is a good size with decent storage. The double bed is also brand new with new mattress.
The flat mates are relaxed and easy to get along with.. A single guy and girl.

We would like someone who is equally friendly and up for a chat of an evening with the odd glass of wine together.

The bills are shared between the flatmates equally.
