We are currently looking for one person to join our lovely flat.
About the flat:
We are based in Southfields, the flat is located a 10minute walk from the district line and a 5 minute walk from a bus connecting to either South Wimbledon northern line or Putney railway.
The flat itself has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen and it would be shared between three people including you!
We also have a cozy balcony where there is a nice view for new year fireworks!
The bills are not included on the rent but they are estimated around £100 per person depending on electric and gas usage
Important ❗️❗️you will need to have a guarantor residing in the uk
About us:
We are two professionals that enjoy socialising but also respect eachothers’ space. We value communication, respect towards one another and a clean/tidy shared living environment.
