Lovely double bedroom in a two-bed flat

Hello,

We are looking for a new housemate to take over a lovely double bedroom in a two-bed flat in Southfields/Putney.

You will be sharing with Charlotte, a wonderful 34-year old girl, who equally likes keeping active and good food and wine.

About the flat:
Contemporary bathroom and separate WC Wood flooring in reception room, Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Generous storage areas inside and outside the flat.
Gas central heating. Parking on a first come, first served basis.
Bills are about £150/month.

There are great transport links in the area, Southfields and East Putney tube within a 10 min walk and local buses with direct routes to Clapham Junction. Also when the tube drivers are on strike (!), it's a short walk to Wandsworth Town where you can get a train direct to Waterloo.

We have lived in the area for 2.5 years and absolutely love it, it's leafy green and a wonderful community, with quarterly street parties!
