I’m moving in with my partner and looking for someone to replace me in a ground floor Southfields flat for the rest of my tenancy (mid-November 2024)

The room is £850 per month including ALL bills including council tax.

The flat is a 7 minute walk to Southfields tube station, with parking available right outside the door, and a modern shared kitchen and living room. A bus stop is also at the end of the street with great links to central London.

The room is fully furnished, some of the items in the photograph will be coming with me though. The big boxes will be leaving with me as well as the desk and chair. The rest will be left behind.

The current flatmates are a mix of 3 female students and professionals, and are all very welcoming and friendly! They’re all very clean and tidy throughout the flat and enjoy cooking.

Move-in date very flexible, the room can be made available on short notice. It’s a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower and toilet in separate rooms), and a truly lovely place to live!
