Hello! My lovely housemate is moving into her own place and I’m looking to meet someone to join me in Southfields!

📍Location: 8 minutes walk from Southfields tube station serviced by the district line. Frequent buses which stop at the tube station, and connect to Putney and Wimbledon in 10/15 minutes. Gorgeous Wimbledon Park and the tennis centre are a 10 min walk down the road, 25 mins walk (or 10 min bus/e-bike) to gorgeous Wimbledon Village and common!

🛏️ The (smaller) room is a spacious 4x3m and unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is also an option at £1045 pcm if you’re looking for more space.

🏡 Modern bathroom between the bedrooms, spacious kitchen (plenty of cupboard space) and living areas. It’s a lovely quiet location with a great view towards central London from the balcony! My housemate owns the couch so bonus if you have one in tow!

🙋🏻‍♀️A little about me! I'm a 36 year old Marketing professional, I love a G&T, big fan of a vineyard, a bit of yoga, holidays to the seaside, searching London for a good flat white, playing netball... (among other things).

✨I'm hoping to meet a housemate in their 30's, alcohol friendly, lives clean, lives happy, loves a post-workday de-brief and an outfit check.

🛁 Bills come to circa £140 each per month (always looking to get them down!).
Rent is £855 pcm. Security deposit is £1010 which is half of the deposit total.

🚘 There is onsite parking and we have an allocated garage for a small car.

Subject to reference checks, you will be signed onto the tenancy agreement for a 12 month lease (6 mos break/option to renew) and your deposit protected through the letting agents. Not available for pets, couples or smokers. Room available from 25 May, move in date negotiable within reason.
