I’m looking for a full time working female (27-32) to take over my large double bedroom in a shared maisonette house with 3 other females that I have been lucky to live in for 4 amazing years.

Located in SouthWest London, just a 5 minute walk to Southfields station (District line) and a 10 minute walk to Earlsfield train station. There is also The Gym Group, Tesco express, Sainsbury’s local and M&S 5 minutes walk away. With pubs, restaurants and Gail’s all very close. Southside shopping centre only 20 mins walk away.

You will be sharing with 3 other lovely girls all ages between 26-30. The girls from time to time enjoy spending group time in the kitchen/lounge whilst cooking or watching tv but totally respect everyone has busy lives and need their own space just as equally.

The house is split into two levels with this room on the top floor with 1 other bedroom and a shared bathroom for you and one other person.
Spacious open plan living room/kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with usual white goods (fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine). There is also a small garden which is a sun trap in the summer and a great BBQ spot.

The bedroom comes completely unfurnished, I do have a wardrobe that I would be happy to sell if wanted.

£100 to be paid towards the communal TV in the living room.

Bills are NOT included in the price of the rent but don’t usually come to more than around £70 a month (this varies throughout the year depending on usage).
