Specious cozy single room

We have a Single Room available for a SINGLE, QUIET, TIDY, INDEPENDENTLY MINDED NON SMOKING FEMALE.
Our home has all mod cons, a great location, just minutes from excellent bus and tube (Southfields station 5 minutes’ walk) links to Southside shopping centre, cinema and a host of great amenities, including parks, sports centres, gyms etc.
We also have a cleaning rota to keep place clean and tidy. We are looking for new housemates who will consider this as their own home. This is a very quiet and civilised household, no one is hardly ever home so you can definitely get to enjoy privacy after a long day.
Rent: The rent for the room is £450 per month, plus a share of the usual bills (Council Tax Band E, gas/electricity, water, broadband) which, combined, amounts to approximately £80-90 per month. A deposit of £ 300 plus work reference is also required. We contribute to household consumables as needed.

I have been sharing places for a long time and it is important to treat this as our home. We need to feel safe, comfortable and happy being around each other. I am pretty young in my head but also a responsible adult. I want to live with someone that is the same. We think it is important to find a place that one would be very comfortable staying for a long period of time, and hopefully that place is here for the right person.

Also, you have to be ready to take on responsibility for one of bills ( we each pay one bill and than dived it among us)
