We have a generously sized double room available in Southfields from June 1.

The room is on the top floor of the two-storey house, on the same level as the bathroom.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, and full length mirror. There is also heating and a window with curtains.

The bottom floor of the house features a fully equiped kitchen, lounge room with TV, balcony, and powder room.

The house is an easy 5min walk to Southfields Tube Station which gives you direct access to the city and Wimbledon via the District Line. The town centre also features an M&S Food Hall, Sainsbury's, Greggs, Nerro Cafe, and Boots.

For tennis enthusiasts, the Wimbledon Tennis Championships are just a 10min walk away, and Wimbledon Park is less than a 5min walk.

We are looking for another female who is clean and tidy and is not looking for a party house to join three existing girls in the house.

The room is offered at £820pcm including bills.
