Double Room Available close to Southfields Station

Hello!!

We have a Double Room available at our cosy 4 bed flat.

Our home has all mod cons, a great location, just minutes from excellent bus and tube (Southfields station 5-10 minutes’ walk) links to Southside shopping centre, cinema and a host of great amenities, including parks, sports centres, gyms etc.

We also have a cleaning rota to keep place clean and tidy. We are looking for new housemates who will consider this as their own home. This is a very quiet and civilised household, no one is hardly ever home so you can definitely get to enjoy privacy after a long day.

About the double room: The room comes with a single bed, a huge victorian wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothes rack and a small bedside table (optional)

Rent: The rent for the room is £570 per month, plus a share of the usual bills (Council Tax Band E, gas/electricity, water, broadband) which, combined, amounts to approximately £100 per month. A deposit of £400 plus work reference is also required. We contribute to household consumables as needed. ✨✨
