We currently have a single room on a reduced rent (£200 per month) in exchange for some help around the house (please see below for more details) available from 1st of June 2024.

Offer includes:
- 1 Single Room furnished with a single bed, a large desk with desk lamp and chair, a built-in wardrobe, large double-glazed windows east facing so plenty of light
- Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, wifi)
- Opportunity to do 30 hours of work per month around the house (house cleaning and helping with computer/mobile/tv, etc.) in exchange for the rent to be reduced to £200 per month.

Usage of common areas:
- Large shared kitchen with all mod cons
- Shared bathroom (with only one other female lodger)
- Large garden
- Utility room with washing machine
- There is also a parking space in the property

Location:
- Quiet residential area, 3 min. walk to Wimbledon Park
- Train connection: 8-10 min. walk to Southfields Station (District line)
- Bus connection: 3 min. walk to bus stops with Bus 39 to Clapham Junction/Wimbledon and Bus 394 to Richmond/Wimbledon
- Shops: 8-10 min. walk to Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S food, Boots

Please note:
- This is a peaceful household with live-in landlords
- Female lodger preferred as the other lodger sharing the common bathroom is also female
- No visitor please
