A spacious flat with a double room up for offer. The room has large fitted wardrobes and lots of natural light. There's also lots of space in the kitchen and living room too. The apartment block also has a communal garden that's quite nice in the summer. It's in a nice quiet area, that's just a 6 minute walk to Southfields tube station and opposite a bus stop. There's a Sainsbury's, Tescos and M&S nearby and the District line is super handy for getting into Central London. The flats also close to Wimbledon park and Wimbledon common if you fancy a bit of nature.

About me:
I'm a 22 year old who moved to London last year. I work in the Southfields area as a software developer, and in my spare time I enjoy cooking and going to a few comedy clubs. I'm an easy going person, always happy to chat, but will also give you space. I like to keep the flat nice and tidy, specially the kitchen.

Bills are around £150 per month, and the flats in council tax band D. The rooms available from the 1st of January.
