A fully furnished double bedroom available with own separate bathroom. The room has a built-in wardrobe, shelving and drawers for storage. There is a separate large bathroom (with bath/shower) which can be for the exclusive use of the bedroom.

The flat is fully furnished, has its own entrance and overall is 3 bedrooms (3 bathrooms) and in very good condition. I own and live-in the flat but I am away often so I am looking for someone responsible to rent the room from late February/ early March.

The flat is close to all the amenities of Southfields and public transport (a 3 minute walk to the Southfields tube and buses and a 15 minute walk the to Earlsfield overground). My teenage daughter stays with me every other weekend (hence the preference for a female). I am seeking someone (preferably a professional worker) who is clean and will look after the house well particularly when I’m away. Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, broadband) to be shared. I am happy to discuss any questions with an interested person.
