Large double room to let in Southfields

One our housemates is moving out at the end of January so we’re looking for someone to take over her tenancy. The room is a spacious and fully furnished ground floor double bedroom, the house has lovely large communal spaces in the living room and dining room. (Please note, desk not included).

You’ll be sharing with a group of friends who are very sociable and often do a lot together, including hosting the occasional party or drinks. We’re very welcoming and more than happy for the new housemate to join in or have their own friends round as well.

Our landlord is very responsive to any issues and we have a good relationship with them, so we’re hoping to find someone so we can continue to extend our tenancy. The house is a 10 minute walk from Southfields tube station (District Line), and only a short tube/bus ride away from Wimbledon. The N87 night bus also stops nearby!

Minimum tenancy is 1 year, bills are not included in the rent but we split these equally. We’re in the Wandsworth council tax area, band F. Please get in touch if you have any questions!
