Large double in lovely house in Southfields!

Hi future housemates,

Sadly our lovely housemate Tara is leaving us and her large double room in our house in Southfields.

The room is huge and at the front of the house on the grid in Southfields, 5 mins walk from Wimbledon park (and in the local ballot area for the tennis), the house is in a lovely area, quiet but close enough to Putney/Wimbledon/Clapham. The house has a very large living room and modern kitchen as well as a room at back currently used as laundry/an office setup. It also has a small patio garden, a downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom. The room is £1034 per month plus bills (we have a cleaner come twice a month so it’s a little more but usually adds up to £110ish per month)

The kitchen is very modern and we have a whole load of appliances, air fryer, coffee machine and grinder, microwave etc etc, we quite often share things/ cook together so be prepared for this too.

The housemates remaining are Dan and Theo, both working professionals who get on really well. We love sport, going out, cooking, watching crap Tv etc etc, we both work from home a fair bit although are also both out and about a reasonable amount too.

We would love someone to be a friend and keep the good vibe we currently have in the house, join us in our crap TV evenings, pub trips, but also happy doing their own thing. We would love to keep to current dynamic of having a female too, but we’re not fussed if the right person comes along.
