💷 Payment Details:
To secure the room, a holding deposit of £250 is required (this amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance).

After the holding deposit is paid, you’ll need to:

Attend our office to pay:
First 2 weeks’ rent + Last 2 weeks (notice period)
A one-off £250 payment to cover utility bills (for the initial 3 months of the contract)
🔁 After the first 3 months, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further payments towards bills will be required – bills will then be included from that point onward.
