I’m looking for a new flatmate to rent a bright, spacious, fully furnished double room in a friendly shared flat. The room is well-lit and available from 1st April. A third room in the flat will become a living room which can be used as an office or work from home space.

The flat includes a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and is located in a very convenient area.

£1,000 per calendar month (excluding bills)

Approximate monthly bills (split between two):

£70 water

£80 council tax

£60–90 gas & electricity

We’re happy to clean ourselves or hire a cleaner fortnightly.

I’m a General Manager and Personal Trainer at The Gym Group Southfields, and I also study Business Management full-time. I’m usually out during the day, which could be ideal if you work from home. I enjoy sports, staying active, socialising, and music.
