About the flat:
- It's a lovely, spacious 2-bedroom ground floor flat with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
- The flat is fully furnished and equipped, ready for you to move in.
- It's a council building but the area is very safe and we also have helpful friendly neighbours.
- All bills are included in the rent. We have a lovely landlady who's managing our flat directly (no agencies).
Location:
- the area is super beautiful, quiet and green which is well appreciated with the business of London
- 17 min walk from the Southfields station (district line).
- 2 min walk to bus 93 which goes to Putney (10min) and Wimbledon (10min).
- 5 min walk to bus 39 which goes to Clapham Junction (25min) and Wandsworth (15min).
- 10 min walk from the Wimbledon Park
A bit about your flatmate:
She is 26 year old Aussy Dental Nurse. She loves travel, anything involving food and drink and just totally immersing herself in the London life.
