Listing my bedroom in a shared flat in Southfields (very close to Wimbledon and Putney).

Well connected as about a 7 minute walk to Southfields Underground station (District Line).

Well presented, recently decorated flat with friendly and professional flatmates.

Room has lots of storage space, is well sized and has it's own balcony (perfect for smokers or anyone who wants outdoor space).

Price includes all bills, council tax and a regular cleaner.

It's a great room, has served me well for the year (will really miss the balcony!), and only moving out as I won't be working locally anymore.
