Spacious Double Bedroom in Southfields

We're looking for a new housemate in our clean and sociable four-bedroom flat in leafy Southfields.

We have a large double room available. The room is to the rear of the flat overlooking a quiet residential side street. The room comes partially furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chests of drawers.

The flat is laid out over 4 split levels, with a huge, bright living room with big windows overlooking Wimbledon Park Road. We have a large, bright, and fully equiped kitchen (including dishwasher) with a dining table and chairs. We have one main bathroom with bath/shower and a second smaller toilet and basin downstairs.

We're only a minutes walk from Southfields tube station on the District line. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat with Wandsworth, Putney, Clapham Junction, and Battersea a short journey away. There is a Sainsbury's Local just over the road, and an M&S and Tesco 1 minute away. There are several restaurants within a minute's walk, including a Franca Manca two doors down and lots more around the corner. There is a gym (The Gym) within a few minute's walk. The Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth is only a twenty-or-so minute walk away, where there is also a large Waitrose and Sainsbury's.

For green spaces, Wimbledon Park is a couple of minute's walk down the road and is great for quick walks and hanging out. Wimbledon Common and King George's Park are also not far.

We are three professionals working in the Civil Service and on the Railway. We enjoy sports, music, festivals, hanging out, going to the pub and all that good stuff.

We have a cleaner come once a week to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, living room and other communal spaces. Rent is £680 and bills average out to around £80 per month - including the cleaner, electricity, gas, water, broadband, and council tax.
