We’re looking for a girly (ideally 23-30) to move into our 3 bedroom house in Southfields, Wimbledon. It’s available ASAP

Rent: £950 plus bills (around £100)

🏠 : The room is a double room, can easily fit in a desk. Also selling the bed frame for a discounted £200, it’s an ottoman bed frame so perfect for storage!

📍: The house is a 10 minute walk from Southfields station and is surrounded in a lovely residential area. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon park so can easily go and watch Wimbledon tennis! (we did this last year and had a blast and would really recommend it!) Lots of nearby shops as well such as a local Sainsbury’s and local Tesco, also has a local pub that we go to sometimes as well! There’s also free parking so amazing if you have a car

👯‍♀️: You’ll be living with 2 girls (25&26) who both work in TV, we work weird hours so any shift workers are welcome! We both love working out, having girly dinners and chill evenings. We’re looking for a girl who’s easy going, clean, doesn’t smoke or a massive party goer and who would love to be part of a nice home
