Double room with ensuite - SW19 (mid June)

My current housemate has managed to buy a flat (lucky him) so I am looking for a new housemate! Looking for a professional male or female, 27+, no couples or pets.

The property is set in a quiet residential area, is on the first floor and comprises of a kitchen, living room and 2 double bedrooms. There is a communal garden and free parking on the road too.

You will be sharing with me, I’m 29 and working in communications/PR. I’m very into fitness, like to play a lot of tennis, go to the gym, read, watch movies and will always say yes to a trip to the pub.

I’m looking for someone chilled, respectful and tidy. I’m super friendly and would love to have someone I can be mates with, but happy to also do their own thing. I work from the office three days a week, so keen for someone with a similar pattern!

The room is furnished (and has an en-suite) with a bed and built in wardrobes, but my current housemate has said he’d be happy to sell the chest of drawers that he currently has in the room as well (photos listed are of the room before current housemate as I haven’t been able to get any new ones!)

8 minute walk to Southfields station (district line), 20 minute walk to Wimbledon village, and 5 minute walk to Wimbledon common.
