Views over a field to the front and gardens to the back. 10 minutes walk to Southfields or East Putney tube stations ( equidistant ) and frequent 10 minute bus journey ( 156 or 39 ) from Bus Stop at bottom of the road to Clapham Junction.. Off street Parking available.

King Georges Park and Wimbledon Common are nearby and there are excellent sporting facilities and shops in Southfields, Putney or Southside shopping centre ( which also has a Multi Screen Cinema ) All are 10 minutes walk away.

Monday to Friday let preferred at negotiable rent.

I am a retired Occupational Therapist, aged 70, who also has one cat.
I would prefer a quiet person who does not want to entertain. NB Minimum age 30 & Single occupancy only.
