One Large Double Room Available In Southfields

One double room available in friendly and peaceful house located in Southfields area, 10 mins walk from tube station (District line) and just up the road from Wimbledon tennis courts. I'm told the rooms look bigger in person then the pictures but maybe that's just a polite way of saying I'm a bad photographer (probably true!).

It is a quiet, safe and green area with Wimbledon park and Wimbledon Common nearby. Wimbledon is 6 minutes away on the tube and central London is around 30 mins.

Francis. I'm 39 and I work in the film industry. I enjoy cooking and martial arts.

Brandon. Brandon has lived here since early June of last year and works in hospitality.

We are looking for male full time working professionals (not accepting people on benefits or working from home) aged 30-40 that prefer their home on the quieter side.

Rent is £760 a month all bills are included (this also covers council tax, TV license and wi-fi). No deposit, no fees.
