Double

Two beautifully stunning double rooms to let. Freshly decorated and furnished to a luxury standard in greys, silver and white plus taupes and browns. Room One comprises a grey/silver upholstered double bed with comfy IKEA mattress and four under bed draws, spacious built in wardrobe, two chest of draws, fridge, desk and chair. Room Two is a small double with faux leather bed, leather five chest draw and mirror set, spacious double wardrobe, mini fridge and underbed storage. .Both rooms come equipped locks to each door to ensure your privacy.
The accommodation comprises kitchen and living area, toilet, bathroom with shower.

You can expect a clean and friendly environment in a quaint and leafy part of London. We welcome smokers as long as you don't mind smoking outside. We would expect you to be in full time work or study, be friendly and curteous, clean and willing to promote a peaceful environment to live in. You will be expected to contribute to the cleaning of the house although we will be happy to clean on your behalf for a suitable surcharge.

Unfortunately, pork is not welcome in the house due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately WFH is not accepted.
Tube / Train:

The property is five minutes walk to Southfields District line station which provides an easy commute into Westminster (30 minutes), Victoria (20 minutes), Earls Court (15 minutes) north bound or six minutes into Wimbledon station southbound where you will find regular train connections into Waterloo (20 minutes), London Bridge (30 minutes) and Clapham Junction (5 minutes).

Bus:
Two min walk to the nearest bus stop, for the 39 or 493 bus:
a) 39 (towards Clapham Junction or Putney Bridge)
b) 493 (towards St, George's Hospital via Wimbledon or Richmond)
Clapham Junction Station is 15min away by bus where you can get the National Rail & London Overground.

The Area:
We are a 10 min walk from Wimbledon Park and the Wimbledon Tennis Tournament. Wimbledon Common and Putney Heath are just 10 mins away. Richmond Park is a ten-minute bus ride.
Nearby shops include Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S, Starbucks, Boots and local stores.
Wandsworth is 5-10mins by bus where the 39 stops outside Southside Shopping Centre, Cineworld & King Georges, Park
Clapham Junction is 15min by bus for your clubs and pubs.
Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Broadway is 5-10mins by bus, with lots of high street stores, coffee shops, Wimbledon Centre Court Shopping Centre, Wimbledon Theatre. Polka Dot Theatre and Odeon.

The security deposit is one months rent in advance. The lodger agreement will be for up to 6 months however this is negotiable.
