I am a professional and have 2 large double rooms which has ample storage space. The house is situated away from the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet. This is a 5 bedroom HOUSE not a flat, with a large garden and 2 bathrooms.
Location is deal for anyone travelling to London city on a daily basis as it take 30 mins to central London and approximately 12 minutes’ walk to Southgate underground station (Piccadilly line)..
Driveway and off-street parking available.
There are local convenient shops, Asda and leisure centre which is all within walking distance.
All bills are included plus wireless internet. Washing machine, dryer, your own fridge freezer all available.
I respect others space and privacy and would like someone quiet and clean.. I am a very friendly person and get on we'll with everyone.
Only thing I do not eat pork therefore seeking the potential tenant who will not bring this to the house or bring acquaintances to stay over.
Please note I have a dog but he does not stay in the main house. He stays in the garden house in the garden and has his own place. He's very friendly.
