Spacious En-Suite Double Room in Friendly Flat

Hello!

We have a lovely room in our 2 bed flat, with a shower en-suite (there's a bath too, which you're welcome to use!). The room is fully furnished with two chests of drawers, a large wardrobe and double bed. We have everything you could need in the flat including bedding, Netflix, boardgames and super fast Wi-Fi!

The flat is located a minute away from Southgate tube station (Piccadilly line), has an ASDA two minutes walk, a Tesco 30 seconds away and a M&S Foodhall a three minute walk away if you're feeling fancy. Our favourite thing about the area are all the parks - Grovelands, Oakwood, Arnos and Broomfield are all within walking distance and have been incredible during lockdown.

You'd be living with me (Andie), my partner, Matthew and our 6 year old cat, Fig - she's hypoallergenic so if you've always wanted a cat and couldn't have one because of allergies... now's your chance! We're both actors, but currently working as a childminder and in property, respectively.

What with it being a pandemic we spend a lot of time indoors watching telly, cooking up a storm, playing boardgames or going for long walks and would love an extra person to join us. As I work with children we do take Covid very seriously and would like to live with someone who is respectful of restrictions and safety.

If you like to keep to yourself we're happy to leave you to your devices, or if you're a social creature we'd be delighted to have your company. The property is available until June.
