3 minute walk to Southgate Tube Station

The room is large with lots of storage - two large wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, and a large chest of draws with lots of space left over. There is also a garage and a shed at the house.

Has it's own driveway for parking (no extra fees for this!)

Room is available immediately however there is some flexibility around the move-in date - let me know!

There are two social professional males currently living at the house - and there is a cozy living room with a TV with Netflix, PS4, etc.

There is also a decent sized garden with a BBQ which is great in the summer.
