I am the live-in owner of the house in a very quiet road. TWO BATHROOMS, both with toilets. One has a walk-in shower and the other one has a shower over the bath. You are welcome to use either. So if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to live, this is the room for you!

Bright, sunny, south-facing, large double room overlooking garden with beautiful views of woods and trees. The bed is new and lovely and comfortable. TV, double wardrobe, 5-drawer chest of drawers, built-in shelves, desk with two shelves above and bedside table with lamp.

Light, spacious, modern kitchen with sliding doors out onto a sunny decked area with sun lounger. Dining area in kitchen. Utility room with separate washing machine and dryer and lots of cupboards for storage. Nespresso coffee machine (an absolute must!)

Large south-facing garden with beautiful decked area. Gorgeous in the summer!!

Extra storage space available in garage.

Asda is my closest supermarket, within walking distance. Otherwise there’s Sainsbury in Winchmore Hill, Marks and Spencer in Southgate and Morrisons in Palmers Green. There’s a Tesco Express a 7 minute walk away. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant called Fantozzi in Southgate; best pizza ever! Lovely coffee shops in Southgate too. Lots of hairdressers and barbers in Hampden Square and a wonderful coffee shop serving delicious lunches.

I am a 20 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk of course! ) to Southgate station (Piccadilly line) and a lovely 18 minute walk through Arnos Park to Arnos Grove tube station, or if you don’t feel like walking you can get the 184 bus from the top of my road (7mins). It takes 26 minutes from Arnos Grove to Leicester Square on the tube.
If you drive, you can park in the side streets around the station but not between 11-12 am Mon-Friday.
