We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

We offer a fully furnished DOUBLE bedroom for £200.00 per month with a one off non-refundable £100 administration fee and there is a £200.00 deposit which is refundable at the end of the Homeshare Agreement:

The closest stations are Southgate ( Piccadilly Line - Zone 4 )with trains to Kings Cross in 24 minutes and Victoria station in 32 minutes.

A lovely lady in her 80's is seeking a Homesharer for her home to provide her with some support with around 15 hours a week of practical help in their spare time in exchange for the low cost accommodation. The lady would really benefit from the reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings to support her and to share meals and companionship.

The accommodation is situated within one of Southgate/Winchmore Hill's convenient roads very close to transport links, buses and TFL.

A spacious 2 bedroom flat all maintained within a warden assisted accommodation which has a dining room and a small garden.

The Homeshare room is a large double room with a single divan bed, chest of drawers, large table, writing desk and chair, armchair, large mirror and a wardrobe.

Internet to be installed if required.

The householder would very much like to have a homesharer who is working/studying flexible working hours and can support her with some evening meals, companionship and overnight security.

We hope to find a reliable, trustworthy, caring and kind Sharer who will enjoy this opportunity. The ideal homesharer will be a non-smoking, kind and friendly 55+ female, someone who can integrate with the householder who is looking for someone who can be gentle, and approach homesharing with a lot of empathy with an emphasis on patience. Someone who is friendly and tidy.
