A lovely lady in her 80's is seeking a Homesharer for her home to provide her with some support with around 15 hours a week of practical help in their spare time in exchange for the low cost accommodation. The lady would really benefit from the reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings to support her and to share meals and companionship.
The accommodation is situated within one of Southgate/Winchmore Hill's convenient roads very close to transport links, buses and TFL.
A spacious 2 bedroom flat all maintained within a warden assisted accommodation which has a dining room and a small garden.
