It’s a very well located and equipped area, (Local Tesco 5 min walk, Local Sainsbury 1 min walk), bus stop is 2 min walk, as well as the tube station (Southwark station 5 min walk and Waterloo station just 7 min walk). Borough market, Tate Modern, and Southbank are also within a short walking distance.

The room we offer is the Ensuite room; furnished with a bed, a single washroom with toilet and a very spacious bath space; a bedside table, large storage space under the bed, a dresser, a great desk with chair and a stunning view over the shard that you will simply love.

The flat is clean, cozy, and light. It's well equipped with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerators, mop, and hoover.

The kitchen is very well equipped with: kettle, microwave, oven, and a beautiful view from French windows, where you can enjoy the sunset around the London Eye.

I’m looking for a full-time student, who wants to find a quiet place where we all know we can study and respect each other in everything, but also share great fun moments together.

Wifi and EVERYTHING else is included in rent. The apartment managing staff team has always been available for us, with great help and understanding.
