One-bedroom flat with separate bedroom facing the back available for 2 months sublet, bills included. From January 8 to March 8.

Hello, I am looking for someone I can trust to take care of my flat while I will be abroad for 2 months: January 8th, to March 8th 2026.

The flat has a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It’s on the first floor of a quiet street and features a balcony, with the bedroom and living room facing the back and catching some morning sun.

Excellent location:
• less than 9 minute walk to Southwark (Jubilee), Borough (Northern), and Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo)
• Easy walk to Waterloo station
• Close to supermarkets, Mercato Metropolitano, and a short stroll to Southbank and London Bridge

The flat comes fully equipped with everything you need: cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided too. Just bring your clothes!

Price: rent/bills combo at £1950* per month. With a deposit of the £1000 which will be returned the day I come back. With a max of £150 for electricity, if you spend more, you will pay the remaining (it's a smart meter)

It’s a sublet and only available from January 8 to March 8, 2026. (so 2 months).
I can’t do a few days as I won’t be here to manage people moving, so I can’t be flexible on the dates, sorry.

Looking for someone super clean, respectful, and non-smoking indoors (balcony is available for that). Sorry, no pets.
