Double room in Southwark

Living room

We have a double room available in our two bedroom + one bathroom flat in Southwark. High ceilings and a good sized bedroom located on the top floor, so you get a very nice view of the city (3rd floor apartment). We're an easy-going couple and are looking for another flatmate to live with us who shares similar interests.

It's in a prime location just a 5-minute walk to Elephant and Castle station or a 10-minute walk to Southwark station. Super easy to go around the city, you can also cycle with Santander bikes located closeby. We really love living here!


A bit about us - We both work in creative field, mostly going out to work 3-4 days a week and working from home odd days. We both love art & design. We love to cook different cuisine and enjoy it with a nice glass of natural wine on the weekend. We also have a projector so you can expect a good movie night! Weekdays we’re in bed by around 10-11 pm, so we’re looking for someone with a similar schedule and lifestyle.

About you - We’d like to find an easy-going flatmate who has similar interests/style and wants to make this flat a cosy home. Someone who is friendly, respectful and CLEAN. We would prefer someone not working from home every day. Also this isn’t the place for you if you’re looking to party/ be noisy very noisy at night. NO SMOKING in the flat, the only thing you should light is a nice scented candle :)
