Sublet Room London July-August

Hi! Looking for someone to sublet my bedroom from around 26th July to August, the final month of our tenancy. The Move in date is flexible, but move out date has to be on or before 22nd August. Because of the Niche timeline, and I’d much rather fill the room than not, the price is flexible and up for negotiation to best suit someone🤗

The flat is very centrally & conveniently located and right next to a bus stop that takes you anywhere central you need to go! We are a 15 minute walk from Elephant and Castle tube station. There is also a pharmacy, post office, corner shops, cafe’s and a park less than 5 minute walk away. We are also right next to (2 minute walk) a Tesco superstore which is super convenient.


This room is one of the biggest rooms with the most space: wardrobe, cupboards, bedside tables, large double bed, lots of floor space (I like to do yoga etc.), two lovely windows that look our at a blossom tree and a nice street, and a desk to work at.
You will be living with 4 females (professionals all ages 25-27). They are all super incredible and respectful of everyone’s space and privacy. We are a wholesome and kind bunch of people. One’s a coder, another is a consultant, another studies sexology, and the other studies theatre, so all are truly welcome here !

Side note: our landlord is also offering us the flat for another year but we aren’t taking it. If you are interested in a 5 bedroom flat for 6months to a year; if we move fast enough it could be an option to be swapped in as a named tenant leasing this flat, and it’s yours after August.
