Renting out a double room in my flat starting JANUARY 1ST. The room is fully furnished and has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and bubble bath. The room has a mezzanine space, with a shared storage area behind it. The room is in a wonderful apartment overlooking the Thames and enjoys amazing sunsets.

The location is impeccable, just steps away from the Thames near the BFI, Tate Modern, and many shops and restaurants.

Rent is £2,500 per month, and there’s a required damage deposit of £2,500 (refundable after you move out). Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rent, so all that’s left is electricity, heat, hot water, and council tax. Depending on lease length, I’d be open to negotiating these down as well.

I work in fashion, 9-6 every day (most days in the office). I love living in a community and enjoy the company of pets, going out and exploring the neighbourhood, etc.
