Subletting en-suite in SE10FN from 20June to 7 Sep

Hi guys, I’m submitting my en-suite in the student accommodation Moonraker Point. The residence is located in the central area of London, about 10mins walk to Borough Market and 20mins walk to the London Eye. It’s 5mins walk to the Southwark station where you can take the Jubilee line.

The accommodation is also within 20 mins walk to the Guys and Waterloo campus of KCL, and 30mins walk to the strand campus of KCL and LSE. It’s very convenient to go to school and can save the expense for public transportation.

It’s a student accommodation with 24/7 service and security to provide a safe and comfortable environment for students to stay.

My room is an en-suite where it has a bathroom and shares a large kitchen and living room with balcony with roommates. The room and public space are all furnitured and all bills included. It’s a lovely room, very quiet and comfortable. All my roommates are friendly. We shared a lot of memories cooking together in the kitchen.

Because I will leave London on 20 June, I am subletting my room from 20 June to 7 Sep. You can also rent the room for the following year from the accommodation website with about 340pw. My subletting price is discounted for only 290pw. The price can be discussed if you are going to rent more than 2 months.
